Another drawing of my Wolf's Rain version of Ashen. Now this is definatly a new thing for me. I got in a set of graphite and charcoal pencils and I'm trying to work out the kinks in how to use them. If anyone here has some tips for me PLEASE let me know!!
Oh, and just to let you know, my scanner did kill some of the detailing on this. The lighter shading didn't show up all that well.
Critiques would be greatly appreciated on this one, folks!

EDIT: I darkened and rescanned everything and found a few new little things I could do while scanning to help it turn out better. So she turned out a lot better in this scan!
this is really beautiful! her expresion calm and peacefull....what bugs me is that I think that her eyes are far to near to each other (the space between the eyes is to small)
else the pose is really good....(hope I haven't discouraged you)

Nononono!! I'm not discouraged in the least! You gave me pointers and thats that I wanted! Her eyes are a bit close together...but whenever I spaced them further, it just didnt' look right. The face is at a bit of an awkward angle (for me, anyway.) I shall try it again with better results later (hopefully...).
Thank you so very much for the fav and critique!! You RAWK!!
